  Best Tim Hortons I have been too. Only reviewing because I see a lot of negative reviews here but I have never had a bad experience and I use this Tim Hortons a lot.

  Can't fault the establishment or most of the people that work there but whoever burnt my grilled cheese and decided to serve it anyway needs a lesson in quality control.

  For a killer location, this Tim's sure does bomb their service. I believe that many people stop here for the convenience of getting off/on the highway without much delay, but sometimes you are faster to have gone into Airdrie to find a Tim's. They are constantly out of their baked goods at any given point in the day, which makes me wonder if they are even making any at all? You have absolutely no hope in getting served if you walk inside to take your order because the drive thru is their priority. The staff is always rude at the window, even if I try to ask them how they are doing...you get no answer. Any hot food is always served cold, and cold food is served stale. I am not a coffee drinker, but I have heard theirs tastes like funk water. It's time someone higher up came in and turned this Timmy's around!!

  The individual serving us looked like they had not showered in weeks which made us uncomfortable and unable to order food. I don't like posting about servers but when individuals serving food present themselves in this manner it looks badly on a restaurant

  Service was slow just bought coffee and donut, garbage bin closest to counter was overfI'll, washroom in convenience store was disgusting when I told the Esso attendant he seemed unconcerned, floors in store were very dirty very unfriendly staff. The tim hortons staff were in the back by the drive thru window chatting while people standing waiting for service at the counter.

  Super fast drive through, usually and consistently off the Hwy, grab coffee and breakfast through the drive through and back on the highway in less than 3 minutes.
